Wildflower Honey Chicken

A Sweet Take On A Classic Asian Dish

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes

  • 2T olive oil

  • 6T Loudoun Honey Wildflower

  • 2T Miso Sauce

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1T chopped green onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat non stick pan on medium heat until hot, add oil and saute chicken about 5 minutes until almost fully cooked.

  2. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. Mix Loudoun Honey, miso sauce, garlic, and soy sauce and heat to a simmer.

  4. Add back chicken to pan and cook 2-3 more minutes until done.

  5. Serve over white Asian rice

  6. Garnish with green onion
