Wildflower Honey Chicken
A Sweet Take On A Classic Asian Dish
INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
2T olive oil
6T Loudoun Honey Wildflower
2T Miso Sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1T chopped green onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat non stick pan on medium heat until hot, add oil and saute chicken about 5 minutes until almost fully cooked.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Mix Loudoun Honey, miso sauce, garlic, and soy sauce and heat to a simmer.
Add back chicken to pan and cook 2-3 more minutes until done.
Serve over white Asian rice
Garnish with green onion
